Create an impact with a bespoke splashback

Why do I need a splashback in my kitchen?

Splashbacks serve a practical purpose in your kitchen by protecting the walls from steam and food stains. Glass splashbacks are toughened to withstand a heat source and are made to measure so can easily incorporate existing electrical sockets.

A splashback will help elevate the finish of a kitchen and with so many options you can also use it to personalise your space, make a statement or reflect light.

Mirrored splashbacks

It's a well-known interior design trick to add a mirror to a room to increase the appearance of space and also help reflect light to slightly darker areas. Adding a mirrored splashback will have the same effect.

Mirror splashbacks are available in silver, bronze and grey to create a fresh, modern look. There are also antique versions of each of these colours with spontaneous speckling that creates depth but retains the reflective properties.

Natural collection

If you are looking for marble features in your kitchen without the higher price tag, glass could be an option. Using high-quality photographs of real marble, these printed glass splashbacks create the effect of natural materials whilst also being much lighter, easy to clean, easy to install and stain resistant.

Printed glass

Printing on glass doesn't just have to emulate traditional interior materials, it can also provide more creativity like this Southern Counties glass bespoke range in partnership with Ashley Phillips. This kitchen is transformed, with the focal point being the splashback that brings in richness and colour. Created from close-up photographs of Ashley's work, there are lots of colour ranges to choose from.

Bespoke printed glass

You can also let your own creativity run wild by using Ashley's images as a foundation (for instance the London or Brighton skyline) and adding your own bespoke touches. Allow your electrical sockets to merge into the background by covering them with the same print or have fun with them by making them part of the image.

You can also supply your own image as the backdrop to your kitchen. Maybe you'd like to incorporate a photo of a significant place or display a photo of your loved ones so you can enjoy it whilst you cook. Whatever you choose, by supplying your image you can create a work of art that is personal to you and your home.
