Covid-19 Measures

We are pleased to advise our showroom is now open to the public, in line with the easing of government restrictions. 

These are trying times and the safety of our staff and clients is paramount, we would like to ensure our clients that your enjoyment of choosing a new kitchen aided by the personal touch you will find at Halo Interiors, is also one of our top priorities. 

You can book an appointment to visit our showroom to discuss your new kitchen. You are welcome to visit us without an appointment however, to keep all our clients safe you may be asked to wait a short period of time if our showroom is already occupied by others. 

To ensure that we play our part in reducing the risk of spreading Covid-19, we will be implementing the following procedures:

Visits to the showroom:

• A complete risk assessment has been undertaken
• Hand sanitiser will be provided within the showroom for public use 
• Face-coverings will be optional for all staff and members of the public in our showroom
• Social distancing measures to be adhered to
• Sanitising of all areas and all samples handled will be undertaken after each customer visit.
  
  

Visits to client’s homes for site surveys etc:​

• Social distancing will be adhered to
• A brief discussion will take place (outside if possible) with a more detailed consultation taking place either over the phone or via video link
• Clients will be asked to leave the project area when the staff member needs to take measurements   
         

Installations:

• A complete risk assessment will be undertaken and discussed with the client
• Fitters will wear PPE where appropriate and be provided with sanitising products
• Fitters should be left to work on their own however, if a client needs to discuss any part of the installation this will be done under social distancing measures and outside if possible
• Fitters will provide their own refreshments
• Fitters will sanitise surfaces at the end of each day
